About the Trans Healing Arts Collective

In November 2018, after a somber TDOR community gathering, a group of Toronto based Trans artists & organizers discussed the need for spaces and projects that focused on the healing and creativity of Trans people, by and for Trans people. In the spirit of prefigurative organizing we decided to seek resources to bring Trans artists together to explore inqueeries of Trans wellness and world making through artful trans community adventures! The collective has taken many shapes over the years with organizers stepping in and out as we can & lovingly growing the Trans Healing Arts web outward.
